Refund policy

We understand that buying online can be tricky, so we've made our return and exchange process as seamless as we can. Please take into account that we are a small business, and would appreciate your due diligence before you proceed to check-out. Thank you for your cooperation, understanding, and patronage.

Fully priced items must be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery. After 14 days, we will not accept returns or exchanges. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and with tags attached. Refunds or exchanged products will be sent once the product has been received and inspected.

To start a refund or exchange, you can contact us at info.zeebro@gmail.com and include your order # in your subject line.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. We do not pay for return shipping.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Please note that shipping cost for exchanges are paid by the customers, even on the items that have free shipping. Please keep in mind, our system selects the most cost-effective method to ship the exchanged item(s), unless customer wants faster shipping.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info.zeebro@gmail.com.

Please note: To be accepted for return, items must be in their original purchase condition, including the original product packaging, documentation, warranty cards, manuals, and all included accessories. Any item that you received with tags attached must be returned with those tags intact and attached. All items and packaging must be unmarked and not defaced in any manner. Items purchased as part of a set or multi-item pack may not be returned individually. All items must be shipped back to us in an appropriate size shipping box. Storage box cannot be used to return items.

If not approved, no refund will be issued, and returns will be sent back to you. Please note that shipping on returned items is paid by the customer.

If you believe a product was shipped in error from Zeebro, arrives defective, or was damaged in transit, please contact info.zeebro@gmail.com, so we can assist with the problem. Please keep in mind that you must call or email us immediately to report the problem with your order once it is delivered.
